Endings and Beginnings, Gifts for You!

Friend,

We are all on this journey together, all moving at different paces, in different places, and with different pauses along the way.

Because of you, I have had the opportunity to learn more about leadership, and what that means.

About creating the vision of the person that I want to be, the kind of business culture that I want to create, and the kind of leader that I want to grow into. I am so thankful and appreciative of your energy, what you have brought into my life, during those times we were able to connect.

As we move through this amazing time and space together from Solstice through the new year and into 2022, there are a few gifts I would like to share with you.

The first is Breath.

Don’t forget to breathe! I know, sometimes this sounds funny, but the other day working at my desk, I found myself, doing shallowing breathing! Not good! Not healthy! And doesn’t work long term.

We hear lots about slowing down, listening in the quiet. Something I’m working on is a breath/meditation practice. Here is a nice one, well actually 5, so you can pick, or try them all! From the Magazine Lions Roar, 5 Breathing Practices. Click here.

The second is about Love

Loving ourselves. The High 5 Challenge. Looking for a quick “pick me up” – that is free, convenient, and fun? Mel Robbins and Brendon Burchard are sponsoring the High 5 Challenge. This is an ongoing free challenge, you can join any time.  Click here for the free High 5 Challenge

The Third is: Intention

I hope that you are choosing your word(s) or 3 for 2022. I hope that you will share it with your friends, and by hitting that reply here, share it with our community. I’m still working on mine for 2022. Right now I have about 11 words! Lol, Click here to read the blog post  I wrote about creating my word(s) for 2019, and please share, in the comments what words are thinking about or have chosen.

The Forth is: Creation

Enjoy the unfolding of the New Year,
