Diet and Exercise or “my perfect storm”

I’m 59, working on dropping another 15 lbs ish (isn’t that a nice way to say still over weight? 🙂 ), just increased my running mileage (starting to train for the Eugene 1/2 Marathon in May), new shoes, new orthodontics, running on pavement instead of bark AND I stopped taking my vities for some obscure reason.

This, they say, is the “perfect storm”. I stopped taking:  my Ultra pure Omegas (which help with anti-inflammatory issues, supports vision & joint function, plus healthy brain function), Lecithin (lubricates joints and helps with brain function not to mention it as as a “fat gobbler”!), Joint Health Complex (helps my joints maintain, build and regenerate healthy cartilage) and Alfalfa Complex (King of Plants – anti-inflammatory, pain relief,  the list goes on).

So, here I am, a week after my knee gets to  soar to run on, from all of the above reasons – my perfect storm, and I’m taking some strange medication to bring the inflammation down, which also makes me feel very weird…
